Questions
Answered before you ask.
How fast can you actually turn something around?
First draft lands within 48 hours of an approved storyboard. A full 60–90 second explainer typically runs two to four weeks end to end, including revision rounds. If you're up against a launch date, say so on the call. We've hit tighter.
What do you need from me to start?
Brand assets if you have them, a sense of the audience, and one clear goal for the piece. No script or brief required. Writing the story is part of what you're paying for. A rough idea in a voice note is a perfectly good starting point.
Do I own the final files?
Yes. Full commercial rights transfer on final payment, and you get masters in every aspect ratio you need. Project files and source comps are available on request for retainer clients.
What if I don't like the first draft?
That's what the storyboard stage is for. We don't start animating until you've approved the shape of the piece, which is where most surprises get caught. Two revision rounds are included on every package, and additional rounds are quoted upfront, never billed by surprise.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Often. The Launch package exists specifically for pre-seed and seed teams who need one strong asset rather than a full campaign. If budget is genuinely tight, tell us the number and we'll tell you honestly what's possible within it.
Can you match an existing brand or style reference?
Yes. Send references and brand guidelines and we'll build a motion language that extends them rather than fighting them. For teams without a motion system yet, Brand in Motion delivers one your designers can keep using in-house.
